Hooked on Humanities was launched in January 2016 to support teachers who work to deliver quality teaching and learning experiences. In an age of ever-increasing demands on our profession, time for planning and developing is becoming increasingly scarce.
Teachers want their students to enjoy learning, recognise they are a part of a collaborative process and to experience success in this endeavour. To this end, our resources seek to engender critical thinking and foster creative solutions by offering challenging activities that are grounded in research and which recognise the demands of the 21st century classroom.
Examinations for students in Years 10 to 12 are written with adherence to the design brief provided by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority. The examinations have received outstanding feedback from teachers in Western Australia.
